How to Use

Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the meeting link. Please provide your precise birth details, including town, state, and country, at least 48 hours before the session.

Birth Time Calibration

As birth times are not always recorded accurately, a pre-session calibration is required. I will contact you beforehand to ask a few specific questions to confirm the accuracy of your chart. This ensures the reading is tailored precisely to you.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session without a fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a USD 50 charge. No-shows or cancellations are non-refundable. But you can transfer to your friend.

To ensure the accuracy of your reading, I will send you a follow-up email with recent available time and an analysis of past trends based on your birth information. This step helps confirm that your birth details are correct. If, during this process, I find that analyzing your Ba Zi may result in karmic concerns for me, I sincerely apologize but will need to refund your payment. Rest assured, I will also cover any PayPal service fees in such cases.

Cancellation Policy

 

**The service is non-refundable.**

  • You may reschedule once or transfer your session to another individual.

  • Reschedule made less than 24 hours the session incur a USD 50 fee.

  • If you do not attend your session within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled time or cancel during/after the session, payment will be forfeited.

 

Privacy Policy

 

Your birth details (name, date, time, location) will remain confidential. Non-identifiable astrological insights (e.g., "2% of clients exhibit this pattern") may be shared for educational purposes without violating privacy.
